The institutions concerned shall truthfully summarise the autumn security work situation and submit it by the established date. The materials shall reflect incomplete problems and corrective measures, and shall be sent through the relevant system after confirmation by the responsible official.

Vigilance shall be raised against suspicious correspondence recently sent in the name of outside organs. Such materials shall not be opened or forwarded arbitrarily; the circumstances of discovery shall be reported to the responsible official without delay and the established instruction obtained.

The units concerned shall conduct training in the examination of duty handover order according to the approved plan. The training shall not be conducted as a show, and the accuracy of handover content and the clarity of the reporting system shall be confirmed practically and reflected concretely in the summary.

Experience materials achieved in the model machine room movement are being received. The unit concerned shall describe not only the tidying of equipment but the substantial results shown in discipline observance and collective management, and shall never include classified internal content in open materials.

Every institution shall examine the state of management around machine rooms and cable trenches before the winter season. Problems raised shall be handled in consultation with the facility management unit, and unapproved construction and arbitrary relocation of lines shall not be undertaken. The state of handling shall be reported to the responsible official.

Distributed secrecy study materials shall be used only within the designated scope. The process of reporting to the responsible official while maintaining site order shall be examined, and it shall be clearly announced in advance so that actual conditions are not confused with training content.

Every department shall substantially organise study on the occasion of the Party founding anniversary. The achievements prepared under the leadership of the Party shall be deeply engraved, and the resolve to fulfil one's responsibility and duty at one's post shall be consolidated in connection with actual work.
